I went to get a hair cut at aunt viv's today. Yes.. About 2 more weeks to ORD and I still have to get my hair cut. All because of sir la. "Hair cannot touch eyebrows."
Aunt viv reminded me that 2 years passed really fast. Had the no.1 hair cut for the first 6 months of my NS term. After SSC, I went to aunt viv's place frequently to get the rounded head of hair shaped. When my hair became more acceptable (that is less looking less like a ball), I maintained it regularly to prevent getting caught with long hair. That went on for a year plus and pretty soon, I'll be highlighting my hair. And not forgetting having a fringe length over my eyebrows.
Looking back, 2 years of NS did pass quite fast. I must be feeling this way because I'm going to ORD. Still remember myself complaining about the term of service of 2 years being too long when I just enlisted. I'm so not going to miss NS. It's only the fantastic people that I had met in this 2 years that I will miss dearly. Yes, we still can meet up and all but it will not be this close anymore. People drift apart with distance. *sigh*
What can I do? Life still goes on.
Will take as many pictures as I can. =)
